Rihanna has cancelled her planned comeback concert in Dubai this month, citing "bad timing".
The Umbrella singer was due to return to the public eye with her first gig since her alleged altercation with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in February.
But the singer has pulled out of the engagement, according to show organisers Vibe Event Management.
Managing director Yassin Matbouly says, "We want to share with you that Rihanna and her management will not be accepting to hold a public concert at this time as it is not appropriate timing for her." (source)
